Data controller
The data controller is Nahuel Leandro De Paoli (business name TrustMetrics). For any request about your data, write to info@trustmetricsia.com.
What data we collect
We collect the data you enter in the contact form: name, business name, city, website or Google Maps link, and email. In addition, as on any website, your IP address is recorded in the server's technical logs and is processed in non-identifiable form by our visit statistics tool. We don't use profiling cookies or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your data exclusively to prepare and send you the free audit and to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel and emails are sent through Resend, acting as data processors. To measure visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, an aggregate statistics tool that uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and cannot identify an individual visitor or follow them across other sites. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
International transfers
Vercel and Resend are US companies, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR: adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep your request data for as long as needed to handle it and for a maximum of 12 months, unless you become a client. Server technical logs and aggregate visit statistics have shorter retention periods, set by the provider.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection at any time by writing to info@trustmetricsia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Garante della Privacy in Italy, AEPD in Spain).
