Data controller
The data controller is TrustMetrics (trustmetricsia.com). For any request about your data, write to info@trustmetricsia.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you enter in the contact form: name, business name, city, website or Google Maps link, and email. We don't use profiling cookies or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your data exclusively to prepare and send you the free audit and to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel and emails are sent through Resend, acting as data processors. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your request data for as long as needed to handle it and for a maximum of 12 months, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection at any time by writing to info@trustmetricsia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Garante della Privacy in Italy, AEPD in Spain).
